Windows 7 Live Mail to Outlook 2010 - Easy and Quick

Hi I am using Live Mail currently but I need to switch to Outlook 2010 as my new job require. But the issue I am facing that I do not know how can I transfer my email of Live Mail to Outlook. Also I do not know the where Live Mail saves the emails. I only have few days left before I join my new company and before that I need to get all my email in Outlook 2010, if anybody is aware of solution that could solve my problem then please help me out.
